I completed a 35% - 40% tank clean last Tuesday (5/14) and the water cleared up and was crystal clear until I treated for ammonia today. We tested the water & the pH was 7.4, nitrite was 0, nitrate was 0, and the ammonia was 4.0. I added 1 ammonia tablet & retested about an hour later & it was down to 2.0. So we added another ammonia tablet and that is when the water started to cloud up. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it?
