Cloudy water

I have a 30 gallon fish tank with 3 fish in it. I have had it going for a while bout 2 years I suddenly got cloudy water for no reason I have done a 25 percent water change and clean rocks like always didn't help fish store said try accuclear tried that but still cloudy. Help

Try adding prime or bacteria
