You could also add Prime which detoxifies nitrate and ammonia, also neutralizes chlorine/chloramine.. great product (Made by Seachem and is available at petsmart and everywhere else)
 
Yeah. There's not much else I can do about it tonight. Like I said, hopefully the last 2 will be ok. As for the 50% water change, my schedule doesn't always allow me to do weekly water changes. I'm the only one in my house working, cleaning, taking care of the animals, doing the laundry, making food, and every. It's not too plausible. 50% is better than nothing especially since the reading were off the charts. I figure it's better for them to be in bad water conditions for as little time as possible. I don't think it was quite 50, but it was very close.
