cloudy water (milky)

Hi! I have kept tanks for years but have always used an underground filter until recently. Now I am experiencing milky cloudy water which according to several sources means I have a bacterial bloom. I am overcleaning. I am not sure what to do at this point. I am very frustrated!!! Please help!

Is your tank fully cycled? This could be your nitrogen cycle doing its thing.I just watched a you tube vidio last night to refresh my memory .
You may want to ease up on your cleaning and see if it sorts it self out.
