I have 3 clown loaches about 1-1/4" long. I bought them about 2-3 months ago when they were about 3/4" long. They have gown nicely and are a bit on the plump side. I have been noticed a strange behavior in two of them. sometimes they lie on the bottom of the tank on their side, it looks like they are sick. But at other times they are swiming around just fine and have healthy appetites and eat a lot. I feed flake food, freezed blood worms and freezed brine shrimp. It this a normal behavior, is it how they sleep?

Yes, that is normal! I was worried about mine doing that when I first brought them home. Mine still do it sometimes, but not as much. I've had mine for over a year now and they are fine.

Totally normal. I have a yoyo loach and two polkdots and they do this as well.
