I have 2 clown loaches one is lighter than the other is that normal? No spots or anything so it isnt ick. Instead of black and orange it is more like gray. Hope this isnt a really stipid question??? :-? Also I have 4 snails the size of nickles are they a goner with the loaches in there?

I only have 1 Clown Loach, so I can't comment on the color variation issue. However, just like Jason said, those snails are definitely going to see the white light as soon as your Clowns catch them.

I had a snail sneak in to my Pleco's bag when the employee at the LFS was bagging him up. I spotted the snail in the bag when I got home. I was really excited that I got a "freebie snail"! Little did I know that Clown Loaches eat them. 5 minutes later... NOM, NOM, NOM.
