Ok thanks will buy young one

Re homed some fish today, updated list:

120 litres main tank
Live plants and bogwood
1 male and 1 female platty
2 honey gouramis
1 blue dwarf gourami
6 otto catfish
1 female fighting fish
Baby Red cherry shrimp

So to confirm
If I wanted a angel fish in this tank would it now be ok?

With my betta being female maybe she will be ok with them she is young

I'd take out the dwarf gourami. A Etta, a dwarf, 2 honeys and an anglefish all as top centerpieces. Not a good idea. 2 at most

That's true I forgot about the betta. You shouldnt do the angel unless you remove the betta and the one of the gouramis. So you could do:

Platys
Otos
Honey gouramis
1angel

Or
Platys
otos
Dwarf gourami+betta(may not work)
1angel

I would do the first list because the dg and betta are very showy fish and angels usually don't tolerate that well. And then you could do a large schooling fish such as rummynose tetras

Tis sounds good to me. As previously stated 3 centerpiece fish is to much.

Ok so plan is to get rid of honey gouramis then I think so I will have

1 blue gourami
2 plattys
1 female betta
6 ottos
1 balloon Molly

Then to add:
1 or 2 angel fish
10 cardinal tetras

I don't think it'll end pretty with a dg a female betta and anglefish. 3 top centerpiece fish

I agree you should have gone with the honeys in my opinion. Now you will have to choose between the Beta and the gourami.

Update:

120 litres

1 blue gourami
2 dwarf honey gourami (to remove)
2 plattys
1 female betta
6 ottos
1 balloon Molly
2 coy angel fish (new)
5 phantom tetras (new)

Im going to get rid of the two dwarf gouramis and Look at adding another molly To keep my current one company lol

How's it looking? :)

Roughly how big can angel fish grow to maximum

Big...not sure on a technical maximum. I did all my research before I got my angels. Average 'large' though is 4 inch body with at least 3-4 inch fins on top AND bottom. So big lol. If you got 2 angel I would only do the angels and remove all gauramis. Angels are very territorial as they age and gauramis can be territorial also. I believe there are other good options you can put with 2 angels. Plus (editing because i mis-wrote the number of litres) 120lt about 35 gallons and really isn't as much space as it sounds like. Love koi Angels, bet there pretty.

The coy angels

Good. Except the eel

Dependes on the species of eel. Iv had a peacock eel do fine in a community tank. Maybe I got lucky. If its a tire track eel or freshwater snow flake eel then I would say no no. Peacock eels mouths are to small to eat fish. They will only feed on blood worms and they hide in the substrate till night. My come out during the day when they see me feeding tho. Love them. I'm not saying u should try it. Just stating that I have successfully done it. My current peacock eels are in a 125g semi aggressive tank due to their size now.

I'm not sure on the type of eel
Il have to take a picture of it

Can eels be aggressive? I just thought they were similar to catfish
