hi,

i have an aqua one 320 tank. i was just wondering whether it was normal for the inside of the lid to gather alot on condensation. my lid had ventilation.
i clean once a week with water change as its trying to build limescale. i use a filter with spray bar. is this normal or can i do something to stop this?
thanks for your time. :)

Yes, that is normal. That is why you put a lid on, to keep the moisture from leaving the tank. It builds up on the lid and falls back into the tank. I took the top off of my tanks and I loose an inch of water every couple of days when the heat is on. I need to find a lid that will allow me to keep the filters on the ends of the tank. You can clean the lime deposits easier with vinegar. Just dampen a cloth and wipe the lid off. Works for filters too. Will not hurt the fish if a little gets in the tank.
