So I got my Blue cray from SM about 2 or so months ago but she did let me know he moulted right before he was sent out and shipped. Its a 10 gallon tank with river rocks, sand, lots of current, bubble wall, heater is set to 78F but the water is about 3 inches below the lip and evaporates frequently because I have a screen top. Is it bad he hasn't moulted yet? When should he regularly moult? Is this bad or good that he hasn't moulted in so long?

I wouldn't think so, although I can't say for sure. I have regular crayfish and they only molt about every 6 months or so. Molting is a result of growth, so frequency of molting should be directly related to growth rate.
