Crazy fast cycle?

I started my cycle this morning at about 8am eastern time. Used pure ammonia from ACE. got it to around 3-4ppm. Now I am already seeing this. ?????? Everything on tank is new except the tank itself. It was previously used but was 100% dried out before I started this build. Where would these numbers be coming from

You should test your tap water

Did so before cycle began. 0's on all 3.

I'd relax, crack a beer, it doesn't take a day.
I'd err on the side of less ammonia.

That's what I assumed. Have a bottle of dr time one and only coming mail. Assume tomorrow. Will be growing that in and seeing if there is a boost
