What is gut loading for crickets? What is the best way to keep it if you don't have a small tank? A large Tupperware with holes maybe? Thanks. It's for my arowana.

When I kept tree frogs. I got one of those small 2gallon plastic tanks with the colorful vented hood and put my crickets in there with some egg carton and paper towel tubes. Really any jar with holes will do. Crickets smell like crap too so keep them somewhere where people won't stay.
