Have a 20 gallon cycling now for about 3 weeks maybe a bit more. Wondering how long it takes to cycle. I've added newcycle so that's supposed to speed up the process.

I'd start getting worried after a month and a half. Sounds like your still on course. Check ph isn't dropping. Do a small water change to replenish some important nutrients (just in case) and keep patience.
