Yes, if you have an existing cycled tank or know someone who does you can take some of the filter media out and place it inside your filter.

Alternatively, you could use a bacteria in a bottle product such as Dr Tims One and Only.

Hello Dee...

You can instantly cycle a tank. Just locate a cycled tank that's the same size as yours or larger. Remove and replace half the filter media from the cycled tank and put it into the filter on your tank. The new tank is instantly cycled and ready for a few, small fish. You can add fish to the new tank slowly and monitor the tank water to make sure the bacteria in the filter is safely handling the waste load.
