Cycling and leaving

My tank is near the end of cycling.

Ammonia is being processed for 4 to 0 everyday
NitrItes have dropped from 5 to 2 yesterday
NitrAtes are high

I am leaving tomorrow and returning on Monday...I can dose Saturday morning...can my bacteria survive till Monday night?
