dead fish

Okay I have two male guppies, 3 platies, and 4 tetra and had a cat fish. My cat fish died and I dont knw why my chems are normal and temp is 78. He had plenty of plants and shade and just out of now were died. He lived with me in the 10 gallon tank for two week then just died I dont know what happened.

What kind of catfish is it? Most catfish need a much larger tank than a 10 gal.

Also, when you say your chems are normal, what are the exact values?

was it eating at all, 2 weeks old is still brand new to the aquarium and it might have been slowly dying and suddenly it just had its last gulp of water i hate when that happens
