Wasn't sure where to put this but I recently noticed these worms in my quarantine tank! I done some research and it said that they were ok to have but I don't like them and would like to get rid of them! I don't have them in any other tank! I had some fish in the tank before and feed them some shrimp pellets and I have a sponge filter and a bare bottom tank so the remains of the food was left for a few days after I took the fish out! What should I do? They are right above the airline tubing in the pic

So they're in an empty tank? I can't see them in the photo. Just do a large water change sucking up all the leftover food and worms you see. Once the food is gone, the remaining will disappear/die off quickly. Are you planning to quarantine any new fish soon?

Yes a empty tank! I will just suck the water down and wipe down the walls! And no not planning on getting any fish until late October.
