Did this kill my cycle

Yesterday I upgraded from a 10 gallon o a 20 gallon. I only used about 2 gallons if the water from the 10 gallon. I also had a under gravel system but I took that out and used the same gravel I also used the old filter from the 10 gallon witch is a tetra whisper ex 30. So do you think the big change in water killed my cycle?

Probably not if you used the same filter media. Just keep testing the water for ammonia, etc; that'll tell you whether there's a mini cycle or not. I've upgraded tanks before and never used any of the old water but used the filter media, never had an issue but it's always good to test the water to be sure.
