Disfigured for life?
How much damage can a fish regenerate? I know they can grow back fins and heal sores, but what if their mouths get disfigured? Will that heal or am I wasting my time trying to cure a fish that is maimed for life? One of my danios has a mouth infection and it looks like her lower jaw is eroding already. Is it too late?

Unfortunately yeah savga, your poor guy is permanently disfigured. If the jaw is eroded enough that he cannot eat, I strongly suggest euthanising him humanely as otherwise he'll starve to death.
Also, how are you treating the disease? Sounds like your guys have mouth fungus, aka Columnaris. Theres a very good article on treatment here: http://www.aquamaniacs.net/flex.html . The only things I'd add is use Kanacyn if you can't find medicated food with pxytetracycline in it (and if she isn't eating, there's really no point to medicated food anyway).
