So built a filter wand out of pvc and glued it together that glue and purple primer wont kill the fish will it...i mean we do use it on our pipes for drinking

I think you will be ok as long as you let it cure long enough.

That purple in the primer is a permanent stain. So once you've given the 'glue' the one to two hours to finish binding the pipes, the purple isn't ever going anywhere.

Allow it to cure for 24hrs and all will be fine.
