Do african dwarf frogs need an areated tank?

Have 2 ADF in a 1.5 g tank just temporarily though. I have 20 g tank that they were in but I moved them cause they kept getting messed with & they wouldn't eat. I'm getting new food soon cause the food that the petco worker told me they would eat they absolutely hate! They haven't eaten any of it! && I have had them for 3 days now. But they are fine now that they are in the smaller tank && I'm going to put up another 10 g tank && not sure yet about what should be in it...
Oh what new food should I get them?

They eat mosquito larvae, daphnia, , and othr tiny living stuff I don't know the name of in English,

They can be teached 2 eat flakes but um combination with the food I wrote down above.

What were they being fed. They do need an aerated tank. Feed them bloodworms, brine shrimp, or fry of livebearers.
