Hard to tell pic, If I was a betting man I'd say no. The pic with lights off it looks a little but I think it's the lighting. Pic 1 and the last one it looks crystal clear.

How big is it? Have you done anything new to it that might make you think it's cloudy?

I would say no but in the second pic it does kinda look it a little. Does it look cloudy to you? If so do you use carbon?

I also say get yourself a bigger filter. If your worried about cloudiness maybe moving more water will do the trick. A bigger filter won't hurt....

How long has this tank been up and running? Could be a bacterial bloom.
