This is a liquid fertilizer. Could this be used? What's bad or good about it.

Hello Al..

Unless the liquid is organic or specifically for aquatic plants, I wouldn't use it. The only liquid fert I use that's not specifically for aquatic plants is "Microblast" from Earth Juice. It's an organic hydroponics liquid.

It has ammonia in it (well, ammonium). I wouldn't use it if there are fish in the tank.
