Dried vs Frozen "treats"

So I know live food is going to be the best for fish. I live in a town where there is only a petsmart, paulmacs and a very small local fish store.
None of these sell live bloodworms/daphnia/mysis or anything like that. They do however sell dried bloodworms and other "bug bite" foods.
Is there any benefit to feeding the dried version of those?
Or do they somehow lose a lot of nutrients when they are dried?
Or does it just not matter either way?

No, the only live foods they provide and superworms and crickets for lizards.
Everything for fish is either a pellet, flake or dried consistency.

That's odd.

Freeze dried food caused constipation in my fish years ago and I stopped using it. I use only frozen food, bloodworms and brine shrimp. It might be worth ordering some frozen food online. They'll pack it will dry ice. Stock up on it.

A lot of people who order online frozen food go with the brand Hikari.

I know my tetras would go nut for these, would cory catfish also eat them?

Cory's will eat frozen blood worms. I haven't seen a fish not eat frozen blood worms. I'd drop a cube or half a cube still semi frozen on the bottom of the tank for them so the tetras don't get to them first.
