Yup! Just read lots of feedback to make sure you're buying from a reputable dealer. You can also try Aquabid if you haven't, it's very similar.

I've purchased eBay fish with no problem

Def read the feedback left, ie someone may have gotten positive feedback but in the comments could be something like package was no insulated, etc.
Overall it's not bad, especially for plants, some good deals there, and don't forget aquabid.
