Eggs?

I found these tiny white eggs all over the filter the other day. Does anyone know what they are or if they're indeed eggs? My tank has snails, dwarf shrimp, blueberry tetras and an algae eater. One of the snails recently had babies but these don't look like snail eggs.

Yep nerite eggs. They can't reproduce in freshwater though, so the eggs won't hatch.
If you are seeing baby snails they're probably pond or ramshorn snails
