Eheim, Penn Plax or API

Hey guys, i'm moving to college soon, going to bring my tank with me(10G) to breed some shrimp. Anyways, I need to get a new filter because I am planning to do CRS. I've been looking at these three filters.

Penn Plax Cascade 1200
API Filstar XP3
Eheim 2215

I really don't know what to get, they all seem to be equal in reviews and all. Personally if you were in me legs what would you get?

I prefer eheim. It has a great filtration.

Yeah Eheim is probably the way to go. If not then API would be next.

Hmm, I read some reviews on the XP3, apparently it has a leak issue. Anyone with this experience.
