power is out what do I do with my fish tanks. PLEASE NEED ADVICE QUICKLY

Did the power just randomly go out, or is it due to something like a storm? I would put your filter media in a bucket of dechlorinated water to keep all the BB alive. If the power remains out, you could look into possibly getting battery-powered air pumps to get some sort of circulation going in the tank.

If it's most likely going to be less than 24 hours, I wouldn't worry about the BB. As long as it stays wet it'll be ok.
I would just wrap the tank in blankets (down blankets are best) in order to reduce temperature fluctuation.
