emperor gudgeons with tetras and electric blue rams?

hello, i’ve been doing more research for stocking my 36 g and came across some empire gudgeons at my LFS and absolutely fell in love :^) everywhere i look they say that they’re peaceful, but AqAdvisor says that they are too aggressive to co-exist with the tetras i plan on stocking. does anyone have any experience with EGs and tetras? should i go along with it or choose different fish?

my tank will be planted, with 2 electric blue rams, some species of tetras (species/amount TBD)

also, do i have to keep multiple EGs or can i just have one?

If the EBR's can coexist with Gudgeons, large Tetras like Diamond or Columbians probably can too.
