Emperor tetra possible problem

Hi everyone, I've attached a pic of one of my female emperor tetras.

She is very rounded in the abdomen and almost looks like a tadpole. Does it look as if she has an issue?

All of my other females look fine.
This one is also not her perky self, she is just swimming in the one spot and keeping herself to herself.

Amm 0
Nit 0
Nitrate 5

Temp 25 celcius

About 3 days I noticed it. Or noticed it grow. Thought nothing of it at first.
