Experiance breeding long-finned tiger tetras?

Lol jk, just wanted some humor in here. I was wondering a few questions about my soon-to-be 29 gallo tank.
My plans stocking is
1 German blue ram
1 apistogramma
1 swordtail
8 cherry barbs
4 Julii Cory cats
3 otos
Possibablly a bn plec
So my questions are
1) could I add 1 apisto?if I did would there be less/more aggression and will they spawn?
2) if they spawn, can I sell the baby's and. For how much?
3) anything else to add?

The tank is too small for having a pair of apisto's and a ram but we have covered this issue before. As for breeding if a pair would breed the fry would not survive in a community tank. And a bristlenose pleco has too high a bio-load to add to a 29g tank with that much other stock.
