ace1uno_00... you have tons of tanks all you need to do is seperate them and set the tanks up for the water type they need...

I bought ALL these fish out of the same brakish water tank.
If my set up is wrong then a LFS is to blame. maybe i will do more research.
But i do have a new 180 that is going to be placed in a wall. thats going to be the fahakas new home as soon as its set up.
So....
The Fahaka is freshwater?
and the Leapords are ??? water?
and the Red eyes are ??? water?
and the Fugus are are ??? water?

1st rule: Never, ever, ever, believe anything a LFS tells you about puffers!

Quick review:
Fahaka: FW, grows to 18" 120+g tank, no tank mates
Green spotted puffer: high-end BW-SW as adult, 6", 30g ea
Common species red eyes: (there are many different pufffers w/red eyes) FW, 2", 10g ea, keep in pairs or as singleton
Fugu: (there are many different "fugu" puffers, which one is it?) Fugu: high-end BW-SW as adult

Fishbase says Fahakas can get upto 17" long, so I would put it in a tank at least 36" wide. Fishbase aslo says they are demersal which means they go from freshwater (when they are young) to brackish (when they are older).
