Fantasy Eel Help

I am considering an Orange Mini Fantasy Eel, but do not know much about it and can't find much info. As people reply I will edit this post. What I know:
Minimum Tank Size: Unknown
Care Level: Unknown
Temperament: Supposedly Peaceful
Max Size: 4"
Diet: Carnivore

I believe that this species could do well in a 15 or 20 gallon tank. Supposedly they don't have a high bioload.
