Favorite Freshwater SCHOOLING Fish?

My favorite schooling fish is the Rummy Nose Tetra.

rosy red minnows,mine were starter fish(i was told to get cheap fish to start with,cant go much cheaper than feders),and there fantastic(not to mention almost invincible)
 
tiger barbs too bad i cant have any :(

Well in my tank I was really hoping to do a big school but my water is too hard. So I had to give up on them. This week I put 16 black neon tetras in my 55g and their school is sweet!
 
Endler's, if they count. It not, I like CPDs and bloodfin tetras.
 
Since they're a livebearer, I'm not sure they counted as a schooling fish in the same category as true schoolers.
 
Long Fin Red Serpae Tetras....but they can be nippy as well.

I have to say... Rummynoses are up there, but black skirt tetras are my favorites. They're so funny at feeding time! I call them my piranhas lol.

I love serpe's their colors are amazing. I also love my school of barbs ( 7tiger, 7albino) makes a cool contrast
