Feeding Frozen Food??

Is it okay to put cubes of frozen food directly into the tank, or is there a better way to feed this food?

I thaw them in a container/cup of tank water..
Reefers thaw and rinse to control introducing phosphates....

I thaw what I'm going to use in a shot glass with tank water, then use a medicine syringe to add to the tank as fast or as slowly as it's getting consumed.

That's what I do: thaw in some tank water in a red solo cup, then pour a bit at a time into the tank. (Or, if the food is small enough, use a pipette.)
