:?: :?: got some "mystery" snails with a starter bunch of plants online and need to know if i need to feed them and how often. there are 3 of them. in separate tanks with 1 betta each. keep the tanks pretty clean, and bought some algae disks to break up since they are not large snails. how often should i feed them? have live plants with all and just want to make sure they don't starve. want to keep them. thanks for any help anyone can give me. :)

In my planted tanks I don't feed my snails. They tend to eat decaying plant material, algae and left over food and waste. If you don't think that they are getting enough food then a piece of algae waffer every week will be fine. Also lettuce, celery or spinach work great.
