feeding schedule

I plan on getting one red tailed black shark, 5 tiger barbs, one bristlenose pleco, some pearl gouramis, and some MTS. What would be a good feeding schedule. Any specific food, feeding time, brands of food to stay away from? Any advice would be appreciated.

red tailed black sharks and tiger barbs like freeze dried blood worms.well thats what i fed mine

If you don't have algae, don't get the bristlenose. If you do get one, feed an algae wafer every other night after the lights are out.
