Female Guppy with weird looking item

As the title says, I have a female guppy I just brought home a few days ago. It has this weird thing on its stomach I've attached a picture for reference.

Not sure if anyone can assist but thanks in advance.

Some sort of bug or worm maybe?


You could try salt in a QT.

I wasn't sure...but it went on one of my Zebra fish. I plucked it off though.
