I think the cascade is plenty of movement, unless you feel you need more?

My filter is in the corner of the tank and it just seems to move half of the water. My tank is 90 cm long. Would adding a small air pump add too much oxygen to the water?

You can put an air stone on the other side of the tank if it concerns you about lack of water movement, I don't think there is such thing as too much oxygen.
Most likely you'd be doing a good thing since 90cm is a good size.

No such thing as too much oxygen. An airstone is fine if you want one but most of the oxygen exchange happens on the surface of the water so as long as you have some surface agitation you're good to go. Bubbles are always fun too.
