it seem like your tank have some sort of bacteria because the tell tale sign is the tail root. i would recommend you do a water change, about 20%.

It's hard to tell, it looks like there is some tail rot there. what's the gold coloring on her sides, is that just the pic lighting or is that an injury or something else? What size tank, what other fish, water parameters (ammonia, etc), how long has the tank been set up, etc? More info will help us help you better.
