My tank is finally cycled! I picked up 6 pepper cories for my 29g. I put them in and accimated them. They're just sitting around on the bottom. The thing is there are two group.. a group of 4 and a group of 2. Is this normal?

thanks a lot! I've been staring at them all night. One of my cories has red on its gills. It seems perfectly fine. If it's acting fine should I leave it alone or take it back to the fishstore? I just don't want anything to happen to it. The rest are A-OK I tried to take a picture of it but it never comes out well. Any clue on what I should do?

on second inspection I think they are all like that. When you look at it from a different angle, they are all red and sometimes you can see "through" the fish.

That's normal. It's not truly red gills as we think of it for diseases. When you look from rear angles, you can see the pink fleshiness of the gills. It's nothing strange.
