Ok so I have 5 black skirt tetras in my 20g community and 3 are swimming at a 45 degree angle and tilted also i see some fin nippage and idk whats up also my Mickey Mouse platty is obsessed with the bubbles that my filter gives off and why will my fish only eat blood worms? Also why is my Cory swimming near the middle of my tank and not sifting for food?

We need your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temperature, PH) to even start. How old is the tank? When was your last water change? This info will help greatly to answering your questions.

Do you have a test kit? Sounds like you have a water quality problem. You need to check the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels. Oh, and your PH. Then post the results and we can give you more help.
