My cories like new life spectrum pellets, shrimp pellets and bloodworms. When my eat bloodworms they suck them down like spaghetti.

I feed my fish frozen daphnia, cucumber, peas, tetramin and live midge larvae I get from my pond.

My cories get flakes and frozen brine shrimp once a week. They must like it because I've got about ten little panda cory fry.

I would stick with sinking food for the cories, and floating pellets for the betta. ;) Regular fish food is not great for bettas.
