I've never used them because their shipping is so expensive to Texas
I believe they have a dead on arrival policy you can probably read on their website.

Eclipse can get up to 18 inches. Its actually a very disputed topic of what size they get to but some have been recorded at 18 some at as low as 5. I wouldnt risk it.

Always good to go by the maximum instead of What they "normally only reach"

Take a look at Aquabid also. Very good variety of fish from several different sellers. I have used it many times with good results!!
