Fish Problems

I have two youngish Angels that have randomly decided they dont like my pearl Gourami. Anytime she swims in their general vicinity they nip at her and chase her away. She doesn't hide from them or anything but I'm concerned for her safety. I would move her to the other tank but that one has two angels as well and they're pretty territorial towards new fish.

Also, I have a GBR who's been in the tank for about 3 weeks and all he does is hide behind the heater. The first day I had him he did a lot of exploring but now I only see him when it's feeding time.

Is there anything I can do to help?

Rearrange the decor and remove the angels for a while.
