fish seem to have slowed down?

i removed her from that container 2-3 weeks after i put her in there

Stress of having them in the breeding chamber can make them abort. Just pop her back in with the others and see what happens. I never separated mine and don't think I lost many although my tank is heavily planted so lots of places to hide.
