Simple question, is fish tb contagious?

I don't know if it is for other fish, but I think humans can get it.

Yes it's contagious to humans if you have a cut, scrape or open wound and you touch the fish without using a glove.

Yes but in humans it manifests itself as a rash and isn't serious like human TB.

Fish TB is very contagious to other fish. Also uncurable...
Total tank tear down and disinfection is recommended along with euthanizing of all fish in the tank..

It is also pretty rare but not unfound still today..
Many ,many other infections will have similar symptoms as fish TB.

A simple post mortom ( after the fish dies) check for TB is the presence of a brown coloration of the abdominal area of the fish. If it's brown, usually darker brown, it's highly likely that it was TB and bandit's remedy would be your safest bet as new fish will become highly susceptible to catching it.
