Fish that go with lake malawi fish.

Ok. My dream fish is a fire eel. So i really want 1. So now here is my question, can i have a fire eel and a bichir (because i already have 1) with mbua and peacock cichlids in a 75g? I really like them and i keep drooling over your guys mbua/peacock tanks so i want some but i will go ahead and skip on them if i can't have my fire eel/bichir.

Also all you out there with a lake malawi tank, what do you keep your PH at?
