So I did a pwc last night and today some of my fish are flashing so I did a water check and here are my results
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 20
... I did move some things around also in the tank... What could this be

Swings in PH after a water change can cause flashing are not that uncommon. Just monitor the behavior for couple of hours.

Just happened to me a couple of weeks ago .. did a PWC and 1/2 of my Barbs started flashing. It stopped after about an hour and they are all fine.

As Hukit said ... pH swings, especially if you have hard water .. seems to be the culprit.
