food !!!!

hey i jus wanted to know what is the best food for parrot cichlids.....it should also be healthy for firemotuhs and two yellow belly barbs...right now im feeding them tetra color(flakes) and cichlid gold(baby pellets).......Thanks

New Life Spectrum makes a great food. I do not have any of the fish mentioned, but I do know that NLS is top notch and my fish have grown and colored great with a steady diet of that stuff.
