What is a good food for sharks and loachs.

I only feed and recommend New Life Spectrum, specifically the Thera+A formula.

Silver sharks, red tail sharks and clown loachs. I have a 125 litter tank.

Dude it is a three footy fish tank the guy at the pet shop there is alot of room and I just bought it so no....

1 redtail shark needs a minimum of 55 gallons,2 needs much larger,they will kill each other.the silver sharks,which im assuming are bala sharks,get12" long,are active,and a schooling fish. the clownn loaches get 12"long and are also a schooling fish.

Would use pellets for sharks.
They usually feed at the bottom of the tank.

I hope so, I've eaten every type pellets snd biscuits except that wet Shiite in a can. Really have to go through their world once.
